I have made these muffins twice this week now. Not only does my husband love them, but he brought some to work and they were all snatched up by his co-workers!

The Banana Crumb Muffin recipe is a fairly typical muffin recipe aside from the deliciously buttery, brown sugar crumb topping that just makes this muffin next level!

Muffin Batter:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
3 bananas, mashed
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted

Crumb Topping:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter
I like to add the juice of half a lemon to the crumb topping mixture as it adds some tangyness so cut all the sweet!

Simply mix the dry ingredients in one bowl, the wet in another, and then combine the dry into the wet. In your muffin pan place muffin papers and grease them to ensure ease when ready to eat.

Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
