An Easter egg hunt for adults? Count me in! Today Erick and I trekked all over Manhattan in search of the 280 fabergé eggs that were randomly placed all over Manhattan and Brooklyn. We set out thinking it would be easy as The Big Egg Hunt NY app provides you with a map and location of all the eggs, but we were proven wrong after about 23 eggs.
It was way harder than we thought…yes, even with the map. We couldn’t find half of them. Turns out a lot of the eggs are in businesses and a quater of the businesses were closed! We didn’t make it further than Soho before we moved on to burgers at Mikey’s in LES, bubble tea and a nice walk in the sun home. It was fun to experience and was really cool to be apart of, it was interesting to see all the different artists and designers take on how to make the egg extremely unique and quite beautiful! Above you’ll find a few of my favorites!
Hope you had a great weekend! xx
