The reason I was as stressed out as I was is because today was a very big and important day for Erick and myself. After almost a year and a half, today was my interview and deciding day for my Visa application. After all the time apart, the stress, the tears, the trouble at customs, the money and the waiting, alllllll that waiting, I am very, very excited to announce my Visa has been approved!!! Once I am officially in NYC in 2-3 weeks time I’d really like to post about my experience in the hopes it will be help someone going through something similar.

All I will say for right now is that a strong support system is vital, and I want to take a second to thank every friend and family member that were there for Erick and I over what was an extremely tough but worthwhile year and a half. I love each and everyone of you so, so much and your support has made this process much easier than it could have been. Erick and I can finally go back to how things were and begin our martial life together under the same roof.
